there is no error in the LogFile.

I think is better you post the logfile from the SW Package which provide in the first screenshot, this was WinCC Prof V13 and not comfort.

Before installing? In WinCC Prof V13 Package? What is that file's name?

in the logfile you posted at 9/15/2015 4:45 the following error is logged:

The cabinet file 'Data1.cab' required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.

So check the install media, from where you install (DVD, HDD)? Where you get the installpackage ?

In you post from 9/15/2015 4:50 you have attach a logfile for WinCC Comfort but in the first post in this thread you attach a ScreenShot from a failed installation of WinCC Professional.

The problem is that the failed installation of WinCC Prefessional set Reg Keys which interrupt the installation of the Wincc Comfort

"same version of the feature detected in the registry, but some parts of the feature are not in the required state."

So at the moment is not realy clear what you do exactly, you have done installation of WinCC Professional and WinCC comfort or what?

You should cleanup you system from the TIA installation, check the install media of TIA WinCC Professional and then reinstall the SW Package.

I mean the link to download WinCC pro V13.

but it still had error when i tried to install. I could not find out logfile in "Autinstlog", but it stated that Check logfile. This is error

this is not a message from the setup, this is a problem of the extract program from the webdownload.

Check in the logdirectory for the newest files which are created, normasl here the error ist logged.

from the screen i see that the 001,002 and 003 file have the wrong size, should identical to part 004.

So please try to dowload the part 001,  part 002 and part 003 again.
