Hey guys,

I need to do some work with a Profibus KTP700 touch panel (6AV2123-2GA03-0AX0), but when I try to add the device only the Profinet version appears (6AV2123-2GB03-0AX0). Any idea why this is so? I'm using TIA V13 with S7 Professional V13 and WinCC Basic V13 as well, so I believe the TP should be listed here...

if you have TIA V13 without SP1 then you need to install HSP 098 from here:

The TP is indeed on the list, but I can't install it. It comes up with error "Product not installed: Siemens.Simatic.Hmi.Basic >= 13.00.00.03" Does the 03 refer to a service pack for V13 which I might be missing?
