You can try the following methods to solve your problem

1. You delete all the tags having the error on the tags list

2. Make connection manually and do not drag the tag directly from the plc to hmi or scada because it will try to make another connection which is not possible in your case because your pc system do not have any MPI cp card mounted in hardware configuration and as you need to connect plc and your scada via mpi usb adaptor

3. Select the access point in the connection properties as pc adapter mpi and then try to simulate scada

4. If using plc simulator then you select plcsim(mpi) in connection properties in scada available in tree menu(bottom).

5. Now create tags into hmi manually and give them the address as you want and then simulate it will 99% surely sort out your problem
