Do you know ADI4 and IM174? -- you can use them for up to 4 analog drives. IM174: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/23910075 ADI4: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24065639 Board ADI 4 or IM 174 can be used to connect drives with analog ± 10 V setpoint interface. Further, the IM 174 module allows stepping drives to be connected with pulse/direction interface (e.g. SIMOSTEP motors with FM STEPDRIVE power unit) Applications Up to four drives can be connected to the board using isochronous PROFIBUS DP at a motion control control system. These drives can include: n- Electric servo drives with analog ±10 V setpoint interface n- Hydraulic drives with analog ±10 V setpoint interface (e.g. for servo hydraulic valves) n- Only for IM 174: Stepping drives with pulse/direction interface (stepping drives such as e.g. SIMOSTEP motors with FM STEPDRIVE power unit) DP cycles that are supported: nADI 4 from 1 ms (isochronous, max. 12 Mbit/s) nIM 174 from 1.5 ms (isochronous, max. 12 Mbit/s) |
