I connected HMI (XBTGT5230) to S7_200 221 DC/DC ( 211-0AA22-0XB0 ) it's connected successfully, but when I connected  S7-200 224 CN AC/DA/RLY ( 214-1BD23-OXB8 ) to the same HMI with the same cable the connection not done.

Dose all the S7-200 port 0 is PPI RS485? and the pin out are (3, 8)?

simple basic question, do you have same communication settings on CN PLC port as on previous? Ports should have same pin configuration, can't imagine other. Did you successfuly download to CN PLC configuration via that port? This can be also simple Port functionality test. Put CN PLC in case of download test to STOP, there can be communication's occupation of port.

Yes, I have downloaded project to plc already by PC_Adapter it's work properly. for the port no malfunction,

Why it should be the same setting? I'm not gona to connect the plcs to each other, I want to connect HMI to CN plc individually.

ok, from your post I expected you want test CN PLC instead of previous PLC with HMI connection. In this case PLC must have same address as previous PLC, because HMI expect that address and also same speed. Can you post clear infos what you want to do?

ok, what are that PLC settings from your MicroWin Picture on previous PLC what working ok with HMI? If are same, problem can be probably with CN version of PLC. Again basic question, you have downloaded same PLC working project also to CN PLC, then it not working on CN PLC with HMI?
