I have recently set up historical data, data log, to record the data at the end of a shift. First things first, I am using TIA V13 SP1 update 9 on a TP400 Comfort panel. Attached is the data setup. The issue I have is if I start the HMI (not enabled logging from runtime start) plug in a USB I can record data, if I then unplug the USB read the data on a PC, then re-insert the USB I can not write the new data to the USB (either if I leave the file on the USB or delete it). I am appending the logs not resetting them. I am using the "Start Logging", "Stop Logging" functions but it only logging the once after an HMI power cycle. Any info would be appreciated.

Since looking through I have used a script, one thing I am attempting to do is only allow the log to be written when a USB is plugged in, I have looked through the system events and can not see anything related to a USB being plugged in so, so I can set a tag to enable the data to be written to the USB.
