Open it, then create a new request.

Fill in all the required information, explain your problem with as much detail as you can in the information sections.

Siemens Support will call you back on the phone number you indicated; referring to my own experience, they will generally do so within a working day,

Log is stored somewhere in program files and may contain full license numbers.

you will need google (or better duckduckgo.com) it (duck does not save or use your search terms for advertising and God knows what)
