Thing is I am new to S7-1200 & Siemens Hmi.I am using S7-1200 DC/DC/DC CPU with KTP 700 BAsic HMI. Now I am struggling with few things.

1. I have created a recipe in HMI, it's working fine from HMI and loading the data in selected variables.Now I want to manage this Recipe from PLC automatically. for example-A PC is sending the recipe no. to PLC, and I have to call the recipe/record no. in HMI and load the selected recipe data in PLC again, according to input data in PLC without manual interface. But till now I am not able to find out how?

2. How do I call screens from PLC directly.I mean at one place I have to show the particular screen to operator(same again from selected recipe).
