On one PC I have WinCC Professional RT V13 and an application for recipe & reports management based on SQL Express. How is possible to communicate between SQL and WinCC. I need to send/receive from SQL some triggers and send/receive some parameters.

Thanks for the answer. The solution that is presented for TIA Wincc Advanced is applicable aslo for the TIA WinCC Professional system.

IDB is good solution but again its tag basis license.

One more possiblity can be via OPC, You can use OPC UA server facility of WinCC . In this case you need experty to develop OPC client interface to SQL data base.
