Hi guys, I have a problem with the installation of the WinCC Runtime professional V13 SP1 on a siemens client model IPC477D. I installed the software and the licence on my first client and everything went smooth with no problem. Then I started the installation on my second client. I could not transfer my client licence at the end of the installation. I skip this part considering I could manually transfert my licence after installation with the Automation Licence Manager. At the end of the installation a message came on telling me there is an error with the installation. I attached the log file to the post. After the installation, I restarted the client and tried to open the Automation Licence Manager but an error message appear telling me : Could not open project. So at this point, I can't open the Automatic Licence Manager so I can't put my licence on the client. I tried a solution written on the siemens support : https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/76325723/how-do-you-uninstall-step-7-(tia-portal)-completely-?dti=0&lc=en-WW I uninstalled the WinCC Runtime professional with the CD and after I used the Inventory Tool to remove the Automation Licence Manager. At the end, I rebooted the computer and restarted the installation of the software on the client. Now I have a new log files with more error than before and I don't know what is my next solution on this problem... Can you help me please, AttachmentSIA_WINCC_RT-PRO_V13_SP1@16-10-26_08-59-05_summary.txt (220 Downloads) |
