Dear All,

In one of our machine, machine was at idle condition, in between production purpose, after started machine,given warning "No axis enable "LT Module not generating DC supply.

I have checked Terminals, 64,63,48 all are present. But DC link not present and Contact relay 111 terminal not getting feedback.

Why its happening for a sudden.?

LT Module rating is 16/22 KW.

What is the status of LED display on module? Is green LED LIT/ON?

Is 3 phase supply available at U1, V1, W1 terminal?

If pulse enable, drive enable & contactor enable signals i.e. 63, 64 & 48 are present & 3 phase supply is available, & no fault LED is ON, then LT module is faulty. Inside LT module 1 contactor is used which might have failed. Please check.

The LED on Module is green. Three phase supply are available in module.

I didnt open the module. Is the contactor can be replaceable by our own ?

Trace Function Generator helps to Watch up the Drive Performance of the Drive.

I think your issue in the Drive Output.

in My opinion your issue is like that :

The Power Module does not generate the DC-Voltage because it discovers no load;so no need to give power. any way with little bit focus with Trace Generator I am sure you will find the solution..

 You said 3 phase 480VAC all good, but 16/21 KW power supply module--(NOT LT module Sir.--LT module is German word for drive module-Siemens call Power Section)--your PS module not 600VDC.

However, following my instruction you will know in minutes, your power supply module is defective or not. Normally my steps will work for all power module ( some special connecting except)--you did not post any picture, please post one for your 16/21KW PS from the front.

HERE are steps:  see attached drawing as well

#1--Double check U1-V1-W1 you have 3 phase power , and at X181, 2U1-2V1-2W1, YOU HAVE SAME 3 phase power.

#2--at X171 check NS1--NS2, if they are jumped , if not!  making jump

#3--using switches or direct wires , jumping T.9--63, T9--64, T9--48, T9-112,          

 #4--if #1--#3 all meet , you will see, Green LED going OFF, yellow LED going ON, you should get DC600V from P600 and M600.

you power supply is good.

any one of above not meet, your Power Supply is defective.
