Hi everybody,

I use TIA Portal Version - V13 SP1 Update 9 ,  WinCC Advanced and Step 7 V5.5 SP4 for plc programming.

I currently use SFC107  and SFC17 to generate PLC alarms that are passed from a 414-5H CPU to the HMI TP2200 COMFORT. The class of PLC generated alarms is "S7 Alarm".  I do not have real hardware components. This is why I use PLC-SIM for 414-5H and HMI simulator for the TP2200. The PLC alarms display correctly. But I not able to  acknowledge  PLC alarm individually from HMI simulator.

My questions:

- is that a problem of wrong settings on HMI ?

- is that a problem of using simulators ? (so If I had a real components it would work fine ?)
