Dear Wizard ,

 I did the same , When I select in the setting > Op > Device > Boot It rebooted automatically

& If I select Op > Device > prepare to boo It switched off & go in to the factory reset sate waiting for 10 minutes , I also recycle the power manually but all times PG did not detected the booting of HMI it remains in the state

Please Boot the HMI ,

Dear Wizard Is there any option to reset the HMI Locally by Panel I Mean By HMI itself .

Dear Wizard ,

Please help me regarding PN/IE communication . I have connected the HMI tp PG through MPI & Ethernet . But Failed through PN/IE interface .In this Interface I have made the following settings

HMI side transfer setting > Transfer automatic > PN/IE > properties >PN_X1>IP address

192.168.0.20   subnet mask 255.255.255.0

PG side type of PG pc Interface > PN/IE

PG PC interface            Intel 82579LM gigabyte network connection ( IP 192.168.0.15  ,

                                                                                                              ( 255.255.255.0 )

Connection to the interface > PN/IE

but device not being scanned on the network .

Access point in s7 online is Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabyte Network connection >TCPIP.1

where the mistake is please help

Can you Ping to HMI panel?

Dear Wizard ,

No any switch is being used . Direct cable is connected HMI to PG port & through CMD ping command is working fine within 1 ms .Same as on Ethernet .Problem not solved yet & this thread became very long . What you will suggest me to do further more.

Dear Wizard ,

I am here to inform you that my problem solved after creating support help from SIEMIENS , What I already had created . And the fault was latest updates of TIA were not installed , So I installed the UPDATE 9 & the project transferred in 1st attempt .Thanks you too for your support .
