Reading/writing logo8 variables/inputs/outputs and using modbus TCP connection

Hello IMS-SARL, Could you explain how did you achieve reading/writing logo8 variables/inputs/outputs and show on pc software using modbus TCP connection. I prepared only one line program just I1 connected to Q1 in Logosoft Comfort V8.1 using diagram mode . I am using modbus poll software. Software say connected but i could not read I1 or Q1 values.
