can you connect now for test some PC app with UDp connection possibility? You can be sure if some data really arrive to S7-1200 from S7-1500.

But Duris , 

The status is always busy with 7006 , if normally rcvs happen then you should have done bit and rcvd len . It seems very strange for me .

due to the manual TRCV_C  can be used with TCP, ISO-on-TCP and FDL, not with UDP.

 That means I have to use TURCV .But I wonder then how rest of the 1200 plc is communicating with TRCV_C in UDP with 1500 . also , why there is option for UDP in TRCV_C instruction itself ?

look, Kaulquappe is probably right, what I saw some infos only in TIA v14 ..._C instructions can use also UDP protocol. Therefore question rise up, what SW you're use? I know, you're still giving info that other your HW working ok with this schema, but still I have some little chaos. Try connect that PC application with UDP connection possibility to your S7-1500 net and test connection, receiving data. This is simple test to know if really some data will be send from S7-1500 and arrives to your PC application (then S7-1200 HW). This is important test for my opinion.

Update: therefore I've recommended also use TU..._C instructions test (designed for UDP primary).

First of all I think It is possible to use TSEND_C & TRCV_C in  the latest version of TIA Portal V14  for UDP protocol ,and I did it with success. 

The problem was in my router configuration , I had a mistake on that particular port. I figured it out and rectified it. Now it is working perfectly fine.
