You say that the module is from ET200S, and you have configured ET200SP station in the screen shot. They are not compatible.

 I have the HSP on TIA Library. Maybe there is another problem?

To upload hardware, all the modules in the system must be supported by your TIA Portal install.

If it will not upload certain module configuration details, might I suggest downloading the HSP for that module and try again?

You can use the TIA Portal Updater (and wait a REALLY long time) to obtain the HSP for download and install into portal.

I have a problem with upload using TIA V14SP1 and Simatic S7-1500. I've test first an upload only software and I didn't have any problem, but if I want to get de HW (complete upload software and hardware), I have an error and I can't get it.

The PLC S7-1500 have one IO Remote by Profinet.

Someone can help me!.

Have you looked at the module manual?  I found it here: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/83727715

Is there a firmware revision difference between what is in your project and what is installed in the remote I/O system?

Since there is a way to send the configuration parameters TO that module using WRREC (according to the module manual), you could in theory use RDREC to retrieve the configuration values and then use the manual to figure out the module's configuration manually.

Do you have either German or English set up as a programming or project language in your project?  If not, try adding English as a second project language.  It is strange the things that get fixed by adding one of those 2 languages.
