I'll recommend to you as well check if you have right toggled setting for you tool ABT Site:

In ABT Site you can go to "About" (beside the help is small arrow ), then in opened windows to "configuration" and mark "Device packages" - there should be visible all available HW, which you can make engineering on.

For your case should be visible at least:

"Room automation" - PXC3 + DXR2E+DXR2.M"

From your name I suggest, that you are maybe from the part of the world, where imperial units are used, so maybe other library must be installed (IM) and right settings in ABT Site tool as well.
