May I ask you? Is there any way to make the clock pulses faster then 10

By using two timer you can make clock pulse of 1ms. |

You will not succeed in this. Logging at 1ms is best done by sending data to an external PC via UDP, and even then the s7-1200 will have difficulty.

Have you ever seen a 10kH (kilo-henry) coil before!
How about a batch process? Record some cycles of values in a DB and then write the DB to the memory card. Do you think that would work? BR |

The option to collection an entire second of data and write to a memory card 1000 records makes much more sense than writing 1 record every 1ms. In the case of 10,000 writes per second, well, the s7-1200 is not able to perform that task without aggregating data - whether to an external PC or to a memory card. Maybe a data logging HMI with memory card would work better by aggregating data and having the HMI log it - assuming the s7-1200 PLC is for whatever reason a given. To log at 10,000 Hz on a s7-1200, you need the following: [more cyclic interrupts than you can create] ---If you could create them:

It seems to me the only one way to log it sending data via UDP. Timers, cyclic interrupts have NO results. Many thanks! |
