How do i store the counter value from the tm count 1x24v module?

I have the module set to "fast mode" therefore the counter value is within Bits 0 to 24 and i need to extract those bits and i do not have any knowledge about how to slice it up.

The start address is set to 10 incase anyone cares to do a complete howto :)

I'm attaching a table from the manual that describes the assignment of the feedback interface.

I have the latest Tia portal 15.1 and the cpu is 1215
