Can I use the old CF as a new one? like commissioning I mean. for example for commissioning the simotion at the first, we have no any file to start. 

 i think yes if you mean that you copy the content of the other machine CF to the CF you use in the macheine with the problem.

create new project, create simotion, configur HWConfig for D445,download simotion, go online to sinamics , start automatic commissioning
got offline create the technological objects you need, connect it with the drive, write the program for control the technological objects
