Hello!

I have a PXC200ED where I have all the IO: BI, BO and AI modules in "configuration error". Is there any document where can I see what could cause this type of error.

I have inserted all the address keys. I have the numbers from 3 to 16. I do not have 1, 2, 6 and 14. This could be a problem?

Can a blown fuse cause this? Some of the leds where ligt up , so I assumed that the voltage is there.

I have downloaded the program to the PLC whitout any problem.

Did you cross-checked the io modules and their keys with CFC.

I recommend to check the points below:

1. Please check that the I/Os have been configured correctly in the application program. Use XworksPlus - Point Configurator “check I/O” feature for this purpose. Go to the second point, if there is no error.
2. Test the I/O module addressing in the DPT (Desigo Point Tool) when a reliability error occurs. An incorrect addressing would be recognized in the Desigo Point Test Tool.
3. Check the supply voltage
4. There may be a hardware error in case that the above steps do not show the issue. Try to replace the HW components in this case.

Hello!

The problem was solved. They have swapped the CS with CD in one of the rails, so it stopped all the modules!

At the momment I have only analog input module with R1K sensor in configuration error, but I think it is due the sensors are not connected at the moment. Should the module show open loop? Or, in case, short circuit, open circuit in the reliabiltiy pin? I'm just wondering, since at the moment I can only see configuration error. Perhaps, when I connect the sensors all comes to normal.
