Hello guys I use tag logging to archive several tags, such as “AI_001_PV, …, AI_009_PV ”. the acquisition cycle is 1 second for these tags in the ProcessValue Archive. I want to export some archive data to excel use provider, and the timestep in the query statement I set is 5 minutes, the command string is like this:
But time interval of the exported data is 1 second! This is not occur on all the tags, but only for several tags. And it’s not for all the time, but only for several certain time. For example, when I want to export tag “AI_002_PV”, how often the timestep I set, the result is always correct! when I want to export tag “AI_005_PV”, sometimes like the time between '2019-07-03 12:25:18' and '2019-07-03 13:20:59' ,how often the timestep I set, the result is also correct; but sometimes like the time between '2019-07-04 07:28:18' and '2019-07-04 08:25:59' ,time interval of the exported data is always 1 second! The time above is UTC time. ________________________________________ The software version as follows: WinCC: V7.4+SP1 ConnectivityPack: V7.4+SP1 ________________________________________ I have check the archive data in the database using onlinetable, time interval it stored is 1 second.(My timezone is +8:00, so the first column in the table is 15:28) (See attachment_01.jpg in attachment) I use another tool to show the archive data in the database, time interval it stored is also 1 second.
