Hi, The installation instructions are (or should be) in the CC install package that you have. Documentation > index.html. Also available online ---> Online Help Regards, |

Dear forum member, The error message looks like a situation where you try to apply the service release 3 on an operating system without (or the wrong) Desigo CC version. We would need detailed information about what you try to do in order to help you. Please note that this forum is about Desigo and Desigo CC but not about WinCC. The latest Desigo CC V3.0 Service Release is SR5. SR5 can be downloaded from SIOS, but only for Siemens engineers or authorized Solution Partners. The corresponding link is: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109768122. Please contact your local Siemens sales organization in case you do not have access.
