hello I have problem with calculation of servo motor simply. ı have a screw ball . and length 1m pitch 10 mm diameter 25mm weight 1kg my speed 5 centimeters per second please help me . Hello arda1658, The motor speed can be calculated by basic formula: Motor speed (rpm) = Velocity load slide (m/min) / pitch (m) Unit conversions must be performed to balance equation units Velocity load slide = 5 cm/sec x 60 sec/min x 1 m/100 cm = 3 m/min Pitch = 10 mm x 1 m/1000 mm = 0.01 m Resulting calculation: Motor speed (rpm) = [3 m/min] / [0.01 m] = 300 rpm For more thorough calculation of torques, speeds, acceleration, deceleration, etc. SIZER for Siemens Drives may be used which is available for download at web location Siemens Industry Online Support International https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/54992004 Entry type:DownloadEntry ID:54992004,Entry date:12/12/2019 Current version is SIZER V3.21 I hope this helps with your calculations and application.
