I have problem in digsi v4.93 and the problem has been shown in blown picture.

we can connected to relay (the relay no is 7SD5221-4BA29-0CK0/GG) and give the program but when we want to open the program and change the setting on offline or direct in my laptop I cant and the blown error has been shown please help me to solve this problem.
