Got the same issue with PXC36. ED

After downloading the same error was there but after warm start values are showing correctly.

FW 6.00.124

Hello,

the fault 7423 BDI file failed: Make a Warm Start of the Controller and try again(CFC->CPU->Reinitialize->Warm start).If this doesn't work you might need to make new Firmware download. Check if ADPU is set to 1024 or less.

This workaround usually helps to get status OK.

As you wrote, you did tried already Warm start, so you found that by your self.

I'll recommend to update to latest FW_PXC22.1...D_PXC36...D_PXC52_HW-Index_D_V6.00.320.dwz

You will get from your PM.
