Hello 

I'm trying to run WinCC Runtime on client of multiuserproject, but it ended on error messege "start picture not found. please configure the desired start picture".

I have read many post's about this problem on forum, and "fixed" many issuses, but it's still not working. 

- On Simatic Shell evrything looks fine. (Client and Server)

-Both are in the same domain, I can ping eachother (with IP number and computer name)

-on both computers are the same "Region" , "time" settings

-the folder with project on server is avalible for "everyone" 

-password sharing is disabled in windows settings on server

-on both are account's with the same name and password

I can even on client open the project in WinCC Explorer (from server) and make some changes, remote control from client also works good.

On client's Graphic designer I can open start picture from server's file(it looks good in editor, and after clicking "active runtime" the runtime starts but whole screen it's just grey.

Client system is Windows 10.  Server is virtual machine with system Windows Server 2019.

It's possible that WinCC instalation went wrong, Or some SQL settings ? 

Please for help. I'm out of ideas.

Do you start the RT in the client through the option interconnect in SIMATIC Shell? The error that you described it's shown when you don't start the RT through SIMATIC Shell.

Yes, I have started through Simatic Shell as well - interconnect option. Runtime loads, than the messege "Start picture not found" apear.

I have read whole manual (WinCC Server - Client) from your link and I haven't noticed any discrepancies.

It's posssible that WinCC SP 2 requires some additional settings in windows configuration etc.?

About Simatic Shell: - It's configured on Client and Server both ok. Like in manual. I can open and start remote. 

About user-rights: Client user has required groups.

And shared folder on server has read/write permissions to "everyone", also to "SIMATIC HMI".

I have tried to run this application on diffrent VM machines, empty procects.

I'm intrigued than I could run application on WinCC SP1  without any of this problems in my past.

I have created a new project in default WinCC project folder. I helped  

Even I had the same share/security options on my previous folder, like on my new project folder. Soo I don't know what was the problem.
