Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this? In the company field enter "private using" if you aren't a company.

If the check is okay become you from Siemens a email that you can download. But it's weekend and Siemens works not at weekend. I think you become the email at earliest next week thursday or friday. And without LSC V8.3 you can't set the LOGO!s to slave mode because the LOGO!s have no display.
