Had called the technician who had messedup with settings. After that we had to start machine with default settings and set tools and R varriables again.

Before swapping drive, replacing cables etc. etc. first I suggest you to check your controller & drive parameters with the original backup, (you mentioned that machine started with default settings) which might be the culprit.

Ok, its good.

Since there is no direct communication between drive & controller via bus, controller could not display the error/fault related to any malfunction with axis. So I suggest you to check X axis drive display, if it displays any alarm/warning like S- Axx, it will help for further trouble shooting.

From your attached snap shot drives looks like V60. please refer SINAMICS V60 Controlled Power Module (CPM60.1) Getting Started manual which will help you.

So far only concentrating on electrical side, I suggest you to check mechanical side also, like X axis motor mounting, transmission line or any obstacle, might be any looseness which might be causing X axis jumping/shifting when it comes in between. It needs to be check carfully since the problem is intermittently & not contineously.

Just a hint, I think you don't mind.

May I say something, you already exchange much information with Siemens forum expert.

actually I don't have many ideas about 808 system. but from common sense, I want to say some things,

Do you know the machine history? the machine is in the warranty or out of ? if in the warranty the best help should from OEM. If out of warranty and you are the long time care person for this machine, you should think some environment changing around the machine? 

for me it is something like EMC issue, search Google to find what is EMC and may help you
