I currently have S7 1200 PLC with many DIDO, AI, AO modules . 

I want to use interface module IM 155-6 PN ST for further requirement along with above configuration. 

Pls let me know is it possible to use it. ?

The IM 155-6 ST is an interface module for ET 200SP remote I/O systems. Tere is no problem connecting ET 2000SP modules to a S7-1200 CPU, over Profinet.

i want to confirm i dont have only s7 1200 CPU. It has many DI, DO, AI modules already as expansion.

My query is- is it allowed to use these IO modules along with interface modules?

I am not sure I unerstand your problem adequately.

Basically, ET 200__ stations (ET 200M, Et 200SP, ET 200AL....) can be integrated in any Profibus master or Profinet IO Controller system, if they have the right interface module.

For example, an ET 200M remote I/O station can connect S7-300 I/O modules to a Profibus master if it is built around a IM 153-2, or to a Profinet IO Coontroller if it has a IM 153-4.

And these masters or IO Controllers do not have to be Siemens PLCs. Just as you can attach a Danfoss drive or Wago I/Os to a S7 PLC through Profibus or Profinet, you can attach a ET 200__ remote I/O station to a 3rd-party Profibus master, using its gsd file,  or to any IO Controller.through its gsdml file.

And you can have many different types of Profibus remote I/O attached to the same master or IO Controller at the same time.

I dont want to know anything about interface modules and its types. 

I only want to confirm from expert like you , 

Is it possible to use interface modules and expansion IO modules together in S7 1200 PLC.

I tested in sample program found its compiling with no error. Im just double confirming as I dont have time and i already started to purchase it.

Pls revert back at the earliest

I have 2 interface modules in network of  20 Nos S7-1200 PLCs & 20 Nos HMIs MCGS. 

Every time I power OFF and Power ON , 2 Interface modules loose their IP Address to something like Noise as in image. Once I plug out and plug in particular ethernet cable for each interface module it resumes it IP. 

Pls suggest me how to resolve it. What is causing this issue?

Resolved.

You have to assign names like this , then only it takes. Otherwise it takes same default name if loaded as hardware configuration..

Good to know you have found a solution to this problem.

The "address" shown in your first image above (12/6/2022) is the MAC address of your IM 155-6. A unique MAC address attributed to all Ethernet modules in service in the world today, as a way to distinguish them. That is why Etherney modules all over the world can use similar IP addresses on their own network, without confusion,  the MAC address is unique.

If the IM mosule loses its configured IP address and PN name, it reverts to its MAC address, ss your screenshot shoeed.

See if the information contained in this document can clarify the issue, if it ever happens again: it also shows that you can use a Bus Adapter server module on each IM 155-6 to maintain the IP address and Profinet name of the IM in case of power loss for example.
