Hi there, I have a question about the use of local timeres vs global timers. In my project i need to control 250 gates that have a set time to reache the endpositions. If the movement takes longer than the set time, I get an fault indication and the output for the motor is set to false. To make thinks easier, I have programmed a FB that contains the function. In the FB i have one S_ODT for the fault indication and one S_OFFDT for a delay switch off for the motor output. The delay is there, to make sure the gate has reached the end position. This I have for both directions. Now I'm looking for a way to minimise the numbers of timers used in the program. Any idea on how I could do that?
