you have to add 2 file SIMATIC_S7_PLCSIM_V13_SP1_Upd1.exe + SIMATIC_S7_PLCSIM_V13_SP1_Upd1.001 from the page https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109477180 to one folther before run file.exe |

you must download upd1.001 with 370.6 mb also https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109477180 |
