How can you use the memory card for the S7-1200 CPU? The formal information is available in the System Manual.. SIMATIC S7 S7-1200 Programmable controller About the download site for the manual.. select the version you wish to use. The instruction for updating the firmware per memory card did not change between manual versions. See the comment from @0_Einstein to get hold of the firmware that should be loaded into the PLC. (The search facility within these support pages is your friend.)
