which version of Protool you have? Seems you don't have sufficient right.

1-if i open simatic manager a massage apear((protool older version or not fully instaled)) what mean that and can i or any on solve this proplem

2-if i connect pg with cpu 314 and download my block amassage apear ----(pictures)

For picture 1 : What version of Protool you have?

For picture 2 and 3 : The message is not related to Protool, Your CPU is a 314, but have a complete

code of your CPU 6ES7 314-xxxxx-xxxx because in the old CPU there is some limitation to download

a block, e.g you want to download a FC301, in the old CPU the maximum number it was lower

the project you open have objects which need the SW Package ProTool, if you don't have install this SW Package or a older version then you get this message.

Install ProTool or the rigt version of it!
Or delete the Protool objects in the project or convert it to WinCCFlex.

Like Cristoph said you not have Protool SW installed, ask your Siemens dep. near you for Protool SW

If you have STEP 7 you have only the "PLC" side , for the panels as OPx TPxxx MPxxx you need optional packages as Protool (now old) or WinCC Flexible (also almost old) then you move to new types of software for the new PLC and Panels called TIA Portal

Remember : The software is not free (by legal way)
