I wonder how you try to solve your problem. Is this the first time you try to find an error?
Posting offline DBs does not help at all. Nobody is intrested in the initial values of your DB. Important is what in running in your CPU.
Did you ever watch TX and RX?
Did you insert an evaluation of the outputs of MB_Master in your program in the meantime?

Sadly, that is still no good. The output data changes too quickly to see it on the debug display, and the error / done / status information is only valid for one program scan. Basically, the as soon as a request is started, the BUSY output will be set TRUE and remain TRUE until either, a) there is a successful response whereby the DONE output is set, or b) there was an error whereby the ERROR output will be set and the code for the reason for the error placed in STATUS. In addition the BUSY output will be set FALSE. However, on the next scan the DONE, ERROR and STATUS outputs will be cleared as a new request starts and BUSY going TRUE again.
You will have to trap and store the codes programmatically.

Something like:-
IF ERROR THEN
    MyStatus := STATUS;
END_IF;

Where MyStatus is output / static variable in you code that can be displayed.
