Generally, this is a pick hours time in india and what vithani said is absolutely correct.

It is independend from ampount of users and from campaign. My idea is, that the forum has very low priority on Siemens - servers. If some other application (catalog update is performed ore something else) the resources for forum application are going down. In the german forum, we ask once for improving server capacity instead of giving premiums. Also I ask myself, why an https is in use?

For me, today in morning almost for half an hour I was not able to create any post or PM and last evening too while opening any conference IBN-Service It is independend from ampount of users and from campaign.
