Hey guys,

I have recieved a LOGO! from my work to hobby with, but I got connection problems with it. I can read from the LOGO! but I can't download software in it. When I do i get an error which says ''transmission error'' (COM17 port is not available'')

The COM 16 port is the only one I can select in the interface window. I've already configured my LOGO! to the right version which is: 0ED1 - 0531 - 1BB00 - 0BA2. >> Configured as 0BA2 standard in LOGO! soft comfort V7.0

The cable i use is a LOGO cable with at the end a D - sub 9 pin connector. The D - sub connector is placed in the Serial usb > dsub converter.and then ofcourse in my laptop ACER - aspire V3571G

The order number "0ED1 - 0531 - 1BB00 - 0BA2" is not correct.

I you have a 6ED1053-1BB00-0BA2, then you have the wrong Logo selected as hardware. You must then select a 0BA2.L

Why not?

 I don't want to pay 60 euro's for a program that ''may'' fix my issue.

 Thanks for pointing that out! however, i've already tried this and this didn't solve the issue. I still get the transmission error :(

If you have a fullversion of a older LSC Version, you can upgrade LSC for free.

Open LSC, then  in the menubar: help > update-Center. Follow the steps.
