For this we refer siemens article number: 109802523 and manual entry ID: 109480490. we followed all steps mentioned in article as well as in manual. But in HMI get alarm : 'Simatic Logon : Server is not available. Only Login by local user is possible'. Software for HMI Programming : TIA Portal V19, Simatic Logon V1.6 Upd9 License we used : Logon Remote Access V1.0 & Logon Service V1.6 Attachment Alarm_HMI.jpg (244 Downloads)

Could you send a Screenshot of the settings for the Logon configuration from your TIA Portal project. Which Panel Image Version do you have installed on the Panel? Bye Murof

Simatic Logon is working on the Comfort HMI when the "Non-Secured connection" option is enabled in the Simatic Logon server configuration, followed by a power cycle of the server. How can we achieve the same functionality using a TLS-secured connection in the Simatic Logon configuration?

Without a certificate you can only use non-secured connections. You find the "Procedure for configuring the encryption" in the same document. Regards, Frink
