Dear sir Actually I was doing one program for Pump Control system with logo PLC Input system for logo PLC 02 nos of pressure switch I1:- duty presure switch I2:- assist presure switch Output relay from PLC is to control 03 nos of Pump Q1:- pump 1 Q2:- pump 2 Q3:- pump 3 Logic : at a Tim any one pump will be ON and remaining any 2 pump should be standby pump During duty presure switch active than any one pump shout be in ON And if demand is more than assist pressure switch wil be on and any one pump should be ON from out of remaining standby 2 pump Everytim when duty presure switch ON than lead Pump should change (base on cyclic chanover with the help of counter Kindly please help me in following program as attached program file Note: sory sir it's incomplete program and I got stuct .. please help Thanks regards Paigambar A Momin Attachment1PUMP RUNNING 2 PUMP STANDBY.zip (557 Downloads) |

Don't you monitor whether the pumps are ready to switch on, i.e. there is no error? |

hello Momin paigambar, You have way too many counters. With three pumps you need a counter that is triggered by 0-2 and by the negative edge of the main pressure switch.
