Dutta, I have attached a document I created on converting TI 505 to S7. It is written around using the TI505-S7 Converter. The TI505-S7 library does not include the Analog Alarm. The converter programcalls blocks from theStandard PID Control Optional Package. The package includes a scheduler for scheduling the PID blocks and it includes an Analog Alarm block. FB1 from the Standard PID control more closely represents the PID loops in the 505. If you aren't doing ramp/soak, or math on SP, PV, or Output (LMN), or doing a pulsed output, then FB41 should meet your requirements. SCL is the preferred programming package for other Special Function Programs (SFPGMs). You could do your own loop scheduling in Step 7 and you could write your own Analog Alarmblock if you did n9ot want to use the Standard PID Control optional package. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/15177515 Here is a link for Standard PID. You will need the FB and the Tool I will look at your 505 code to see if FB41 can be adapted for you situation and review the scheduling of the PIDs. Bill |
