We have a CPU 414-2. When we start it after a day of shutdown, all its indicators flash. After turning off the power supply, the CPU turn to stop mode. Upon turning the power supply back on, the CPU switches to run mode, and everything returns to normal. However, after some time, the issue recurs. This pattern repeats every one or two days after each shutdown. I would greatly appreciate your valuable suggestions on this.

Hi AutoGen_5173221, Can you attach a picture of the LEDS? I would say you should add an OB82 to your program, see page 82 of the following manual: AttachmentS7pr___b.pdf (713 Downloads) |

The condition has worsened, with this fault occurring every 15 to 20 minutes during operation. To address this issue, we replaced the CPU, which has now resolved the issue and returned operations to normal. However, I am still pondering why this problem occurred. Is there a power supply issue (ps 405) that damaging the CPU, considering that this cpu was changed not long ago. |
