Well There is a problem am facing which is. Am using plc system s7 200 cpu st40. So actually is stuck emergency stope mode no matter if I release emergency button or not actually Is stuck the whole mechine stopes , and I don't have ppi cable to excess the program please hrlp

The S7-200 systems are very old, I recommend you open a Support Request for Siemens Technical Support to help you, I suppose it will be necessary to reset the PLC and for this you will need the PPI cable.

Disregard the well meaning response from our friend Hazard_7. You are enquiring about the S7-200 SMART product range, which we are not very familiar with.

What you describe sounds like an application problem. The issue is in the way the custom program has been coded for the controller. This is not something we be helpful with. Best to contact the OEM that provided your company with the equipment.

In general some tips: 
(forgive me for working from base principles.. we do not know your situation)

1. Trace where the emergency stop was wired to. It may be the PLC directly or it may be a 'safety relay'. Note also if the emergency button is using 1 pair wires or 2 pair wires.
2. Use a hand-meter to measure voltage. Make sure that the emergency stop do switch the circuit off / on when the button is pressed / released.
3. There may be some 'reset' function on the PLC or 'safety relay'. Make sure that this is working properly.
4. More diagnoses steps are needed when a 'safety relay' is used.
