This fault almost make me crazy but I found interesting solution, so maybe this will help someone else. Its regarding MM440 from small device 7.5kW..

It has permanent fault F0022 immediatelly after start. Nothing didnt help anyhow.

Then I noticed that one flat cable between pcbs is broken on one point... Fixed it.

Still awfull F0022..

Than from no reason I decided to change the DC capacitors 560uF,450V. 4pcs. They look fine and capacitance was 544uF...

BUT... Device work!!! No more fault F0022...

Maybe this help someone... Dont trust this capacitors in anyway..
