I had a problem with Spindal Drive Heat Sink Over Temperature. No specific information was available in this regard, therefor I have to dig out the info by Revers Engineering of the both units. It was a difficult work, but I had no choice. Therefore I did it. Both Heat Sinks ( Infeed Unit & Spindal Drive) have 150 Degree Bimetal Temperature Switch. These Switches pass the +15V Supply to the Infeed unit Alarm Monitoring Module X192 on the Supply Board. Some details of Simodrive Equipment Bus have also be needed to dig out to solve the above fault. I am still working on it. I attach the my effort in the form of PDF. I hope this will be helpfull for any body. Thanks Engineer Nasir Ahmed [snip] AttachmentHURCO SPINDAL DRIVE-.pdf (903 Downloads) |
