A central recipe management for several WinCC stations is not easy to implement with standard WinCC tools. In this case, we recommend using PM-CONTROL - recipe management and job control. 

With PM-CONTROL, flexible parameter control is available whose user interface can be seamlessly integrated into the WinCC user interface. 

Different types of parameters are stored in data records as recipes. The recording of recipe changes in an audit trail, the support of electronic signatures with one or two signatures and the automatic versioning of recipe data records make PM-CONTROL the ideal tool in the regulated industry. 

With the automatic scaling of quantities, the dynamic calculation of recipe values ​​combined with a comfortable order planning including automatic transfer of the planned orders to the production units, PM-CONTROL is equipped for complex tasks. 

Extensions such as the graphic planning board for displaying orders, the rule-based check of recipe parameters and the option of creating your own recipe editor consistently follow the trend towards greater ease of use, overview and flexibility. The openness of PM-CONTROL enables problem-free connection to higher-level host systems (e.g. PPC systems) in the operational and production management level. 

Tailored to simple applications with manual retrieval of recipes from the recipe database, PM-CONTROL is offered in the Compact version.
