Hi I too have encountered the same login issue, can login via browser but not the app ive confirmed passwords are the same in both keychains (google & apple iOS) and both credentials are the same, iOS keychain also enters the password into the app correctly but it fails to log in, Copy and pasted the same password from the password window within the app and back into the same password window and i can log in seems to be an issue with the app and passwords entered from the keychain ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi Joaty, thank you for forwarding this to us! Have you already updated the Industry Online Support app? As far as I can see in the app store, it was updated on 5/23/2022.
