I don't know what language you speak. but what you call engine we normally call it "Motor"

for questions 2,3,4 here is my suggestion:

I suggest you replace SIMODRIVE 650 by Siemens SIMODRIVE 611  system maybe 611U or 611A

The parameter for your motor are mostly on the motor nameplate ( If you want to continue discuss, please post picture cleanly of nameplate )   

Don't worry about old SIMODRIVE size, if you know the old IBM PC to the now time iPad, you will understand 

If you like provide more information about your application, such as you use this motor in production machine or CNC machine

I have a 1ph6 engine and I would like to know if I can use another controller instead of the SIMODRIVE 650.... 

1 PH6133 - 4CG46 

1° - Can I use WEG CFW inverter?
2° - What are the parameters of this engine?
3° - Why SIMODRIVE originates to be so big?
4° - What is 600v connection Link ?


I would love to be able to keep the engine.... I didn't want to take another one instead. But this original drive is very complicated to maintain and is giving me problems....

 What do you mean" another inverter" I told you I will not answer question for Non-Siemens control, even i know some other control.

If you want to use as you said "WEG CFW inverter" , you need post question in their forum.

What settings do I need to have in the controller driver for it to work? 

 1PH6133-4CG46 is a "Special asynchronous motor",  normally with force cooling fan and feedback encoder. Mostly used for combination with Siemens SIMODRIVE Invertor --spindle motor in the CNC machine or stand alone in some production machine. You keep asking Motor parameter, Normally Siemens Motor using Siemens drive the motor data should including in Data Base, When set up the drive, you only need input the motor number (or Code from manual).

SIMODRIVE for this type of Motor --650 in 1988--660 in 1990---611/611A Spindle control in 1991/1993--611U in 1995. as your motor is old , i cannot find its data in Siemens catalog.  

I copy from your motor nameplate  (and attached pic for other user maybe) as your ref.

Rated Motor output   22KW 

Rated Motor current 34A

Rated Motor Speed 2000 RPM

Max  Motor  Speed 8000 RPM

as it a asynchronous motor you can connect to any 3 phase AC power supply. BUT I  Strongly  NOT suggest to do so, if you want to try it all on your risk . That is why I suggest to to use Siemens SIMODRIVE 611 A or 611U . you don't say how you want to use it for What application 

But I suggest you must connect force cooling fan (check fan motor nameplate, fan can directly to AC power) , and if use in CNC machine , i see its encoder has 1024 P/rev.

Can anyone tell me where I can get a manual with the engine parameters?

It is being used on the Spindle of a large milling machine.

Could I connect it to 380v? 

 That's OK. use your common sense
