I attached manual for your 611A system

Don't worry about 6SN1118-0AA11-0AA0 or 6SN1118-0AA11-0AA1 they are same function

For power supply read manual Chapter "Supply Infeed ( NE) " 

For the drive module Read Chapter Feed Module (VS)

I give you some short tips:

#1--6SN1146-1AB00-0BA0 611 POWER SUPPLY MODULE. you need read manual connect 3 AC input power, then connect flat cable (lower voltage /control power) and P600 and M600 (DC600V bars) to the drive module. For enable--connect switch or wires jumper Terminal 63 to 9, 64 to 9, ter.112 and 48 to 9. also jumper NS1 to NS2 , when you see Yellow LED on and Green LED off, means Power module enabled you can measure DC 600V (+/- 20V) on P600 and M600

#2--6SN1118-0AA11-0AA0 should insert into 8A drive box, for enabling , connect Ter.65 to 9 and 663 to 9. speed reference --connect battery box (max 10VDC) to Ter.56 /14

you need to read Page VS/1-5 the form to use for match you motor to the drive. Taking out Parameter Sub-module from 6SN1118-0AA11-0AA0, set dip switch on/off following the form

I'm very happy to find this very useful information available on this forum.

It would be great if I can get some expert help via here.

I'm trying to get a 1FT5046 motor running with a 6SN1123-1AA00-0HA1 ( LT modul int 8A) and the older 6SN1118-0AA11-0AA0 (not 6SN1118-0AA11-0AA1). I also have a 6SN1146-1AB00-0BA0 611 POWER SUPPLY MODULE.

I also have the required motor cable (to bottom A1 connector) & motor encoder cable (to front X311 connector) to connect the motor to the 6SN1123 + 6SN1118 drive

So I think I have all the basic components but I only have very little to no clue how to get everything properly connected and setup to get it basically running / PID tuning via +/- 10V analog control.

Especially how to setup / connect all the various terminals on the front of the 6SN1146 and 6sn1118 modules is unclear to me.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
