Hi everyone;

I have a problem with C7-633 v1.03 in uploading with Prosave.

1. The Screen is in the transfer mode and when I do the backup it says I have to check my cables and connection.

Note: I am using TTY cable and RS 232 / USB converter (Profilic and also tested in another converter).

I tried TIA portal V16, V17 in 2 different laptops with reducing the buffer but still. 

Kindly help with this.

I don't know if TTY cable can be used here, I expect standard cable via RS232 if it is available. Does previous main Topic is not helpful to you? There is clear info at last post that some new standard cable from documentation solved problem with Upload.
