While searching these forums, you may run across several of my posts where I mention the Siemens Industry Mall as the starting point for all manner of documentation. After pasting in the part # you are complaining about into my favorite search engine (not SIOS), and hitting the Siemens Industry Mall link for that part, it pops up and offers a link to download items from the SIOS site. Here's a shortened version of the link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/products/6sl3514-1ke13-5ae0 Notice the part at the far right. It's just the Siemens part #. Works for all kinds of parts without the "online search". Click the "Download" arrow beside the "Service & Support" option - usually near lower right of the device image. Firmware you say. That's a "download" in the "Entry type" dropdown. Notice for the part you are complaining about finding firmware the download shows (0). That means the shipped firmware is *the* only firmware available for that module. And that is why you cannot find firmware for the device as the installed firmware is the latest available. Of course, if the SIOS data is out of date, you need to submit a "Support Request" and ask them for a link to the firmware.
